Qiliang Zhou, a native of China, has been the EAC Program Coordinator for China since 1995. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife and son, who is currently attending college and doing great! Mr. Zhou also has a beautiful German Shepherd that he misses very much while he is away.

Uncle Zhou travels to China with every group of families. His knowledge of Chinese culture and the adoption process makes each adoption amazing. Most of the groups of families meet Uncle Zhou at the office on fridays or at EAC picnics before they travel to China with him.

When you are in China, Mr. Zhou always offers different things to do (ex: zoo, massages, billiards, etc.) Please be aware that he is very good at table tennis (ping-pong), he has "never" lost!! - But you can try...

Uncle Zhou makes posts regularly when in China and families can sign up and join the community of EAC families who have adopted in the past or who are currently going through the adoption process.
