If your agency has closed and left you stranded, we will assess your situation and do whatever we can to help complete your adoption. Please call 1-800-533-0098.


The following steps are provided to help you get started:

1. After receiving and reviewing your free information packet, call 1-866-586-5656 to speak with a pre-adoption consultant. Our pre-adoption consultants will answer any general adoption questions you may have and advise you on specific adoption criteria.
   
   The pre-adoption consultant will also assist you with registering for an adoption seminar. If there is not one scheduled near you, a phone seminar can be conducted at your convenience.
   
   At this stage many of our clients will complete the online application and application fee with the assistance of the pre-adoption consultant.
2. Upon approval of your application, you will be assigned an adoption consultant to help you through the process, including the completion of necessary paperwork with USCIS and the country-specific dossier documents.
3. Your EAC consultant will also you in securing a homestudy agency. (EAC will conduct homestudies in Ohio, New York, and Florida).
4. USCIS - Hague Convention countries require the submission of an I-800A. Non-Hague Convention countries require the submission of an I-600A. Your adoption consultant will assist you in determing which form to complete. The form should not be submitted until your homestudy is complete. The filing fee for each of these forms is $670 plus an $80 fee for biometrics for each person living in the household 18 years of age or older. USCIS accepts payment via check or money order, payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
