We are International Adoption Agency that has completed more than 7,800 adoptions since 1991.  EAC is one of the top international adoption agencies in the world. 

EAC offers child adoption services and adoption information for international adoptions through China, Haiti, Honduras, Congo, Ghana, Colombia, Uganda, India, Bulgaria, Panama, and Ukraine.

EAC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) licensed adoption agency.

Hague Accredited - April 1st, 2008 - April 30th, 2016 - The accreditation regulations set standards for accreditation and approval that are designed to ensure that U.S. accredited agencies and approved persons perform their duties in accordance with the Hague Adoption Convention and the Intercountry Adoption Act (IAA).

China - Permanent Accreditation - Since 1996, EAC has maintained an excellent working relationship with CCAA. EAC has passed the appraisals of CCAA and successfully facilitated placements of many adoptive children. EAC is also authorized and approved to place waiting children.
