**Adoption time frames are averaged upon the large majority of adoptions
handled by European Adoption Consultants within the previous year. We are unable to guarantee your adoption will
be completed in this time frame due to circumstances beyond the control of EAC. Circumstances include, but are
not limited to response time of local and national government paperwork, delays by foreign governments,
delayed acceptance of a referral or a declined referral, and delays due to the untimely completion and submission
of paperwork on the part of the client.
While an EAC representative is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, foreign and local government offices do not
maintain the same schedule and do close for weekends and holidays. Main office hours are Monday - Thursday 9AM to
10PM, Friday 9AM to 7PM, and Saturday - Sunday 9AM to 4PM and EAC representatives are available after hours through a
live answering service.
